Ultrasound?

I'm due to have an ultrasound on Friday because I've been having ovarian cancer/ruptured cyst symptoms! Does anyone know how long I'll be waiting for the results?

    Hi, Lucy, I know it's different in different areas, but the radiologist told me I had a cyst, I was there for a different reason.

    I would think long mine was a ct scan and took 4 weeks which spotted mine. They ma6 be able to tell you then and there

    Radiologist at a local ultrasound told me I had one and the size of it. Told to me to make an appointment for about a week with GP to discuss - which I did. Got referral to hospital where I saw surgeon and was sent for another ultrasound and internal ultrasound as well as blood test for cancer ca125. This one was a consultant radiologist and he also told me the size and explained about types and which one I had. Saw the surgeon that night ( I had made sure that I had that appointment) and surgery he new all the results.
