      Hi, Kerry,

In the US, the tech may explain the procedure, but they can't tell you anything.  That's because the scan needs to be "read" by a radiologist.

I know you are in a really scary place now. If you need more than encouragement, don't hesitate to ask your GP for medication to help you manage your fear.  I did it.  Their job is to help you through this process, though sometimes you have to remind them of it!

Holding you close in my heart! xxx

Oh, dear, that is such a bunch of (can't write it)!  As if that would stop you from worrying!

Do find another GP as soon as you can!  You need support, not platitudes!

      Bless you, Kerry!

Ultra sound is nothing - It isn't painful - they even tipped the screen and said I could watch if I wanted to - I was very impressed with what it can show - I am so glad they did one on me - the technology today is amazing - be thankful your dr wants one done on you - I will be praying for you
