HI everyone,

i am 10 months post op my Supraspinatus repaired and was given clean cheat by Dr to get back to normal. but since last week i am having a nightmare with this shoulder. i cant think of anything that could potentially cause this problem. ROM dropped and pain increased and so many discomfort on shoulder. so, yesterday i rushed to GP and he referred for ultrasound scan and i had this morning and result came out this afternoon. and i am gutted and disapointed. repaired tendon is okay but another tendon called Subscapularis has a full thickness tear. does that mean i need another surgery to fix it ? can Ultrasound be as good and clear as MRI ? i am definitely going to see a Surgeon. But this is not something i was expecting. please, share your experience or need some recommendations . thanx 😃

I had a full tear of the Subscapularis earlier this year. I also had a previous Total Shoulder Replacement. Unfortunately my shoulder started dislocating when I would reach behind me, such as shutting a door. I had surgery at the end of JAN. After a few months of PT it's doing well. Full range of motion and pretty much pain free. GOOD LUCK!
