Unable to bend knee

I had an arthroscopy 7 weeks ago as back in May i dislocated my knee. it wasn't until the op they saw how much damage had been done, i had a meniscus tear some other cartilage damage too. The dislocation caused my knee to lock so it was in a bent shape for 9 weeks. They had to use a lot of pressure to unlock my knee in the operation. I was given exercises from the physio to help straighten & bend the knee, the knee is now nearly able to straighten but its refusing to bend.

Has anyone else had any issues with this? and if so can offer any advice?
