Unable to have intercourse. PLEASE HELP. 😩

I am 19 years old & unable to have sexual intercourse. It has NOT always been this case. When i was 18 i was put on a birth control called Larissia. This made me very very depressed and moody and i noticed shortly after i was unable to have sex without it being painful. I immediately stopped taking the birth control in hopes it would resolve my issues but it didnt. Nearly a year later after trips to the gyno, lubes, medications, kegel exercises, & even giving my vagina a rest to heal itself - NOTHING HAS HELPED. Here is what happens - I can be super aroused & wet & only the head of my boyfriends penis can make it before the skin at the opening of my vagina starts to tear/rip/bleed causing excruciating pain! His shaft cannot make it in whatsoever. This has not always been the case. Almost like there is no more elasticity to my vagina? I dont know what is going on and it is really affected our sex life. PLEASE help me and share your thoughts.
