Unbalanced Vertigo since month after giving birth

Hi, I've been struggling since giving birth, was just a weakness and when my son was a month old it developed, felt heavy in face and ears and unbalanced sitting or moving. 3 months later i still have it. feel unbalanced and seems to get worse after movement, can feel something's not right in my ears. I've been on a number of tablets to help, currently taking cinnarizine which i thought had helped but its returning, i also take sertraline for the anxiety its caused me. i have had an MRI which came back normal, taken my bloods which was also normal, blood pressure fine and had a&e doc look into my ears. Think most doctors and GPs i have spoken to believe its stress but i believe its more than this. there's no spinning sensation, more of a sway or a dipping feeling when stood still or walk, like the floors moving below me. I hope someone in this forum has had a similar experience and can advise me further. getting desperate and want to be better for my son.
