Unbearable ovulation symptoms?!

Posted , 4 users are following.

I was diagnosed with a small fibroid above my uterus over a year ago. At that time it was small, but I have not went back to check on it. I also have cystic ovaries.  I have heavy bleeding and pain for the first day of my period but I’ve been able to manage. What is unbearable and scary are the symptoms I sometimes get during the ovulation period. I get a sudden onset of cramping in the area of either ovary and then i experience nausea, hot flash, dizziness, and it feels like I will faint. This only last for about 5 minutes but I feel weak for about 20 minutes after. What could this be? Im 26 years old and no kids, no pregnancies.

    Hi Geena,

I have a cyst that bursts during most ovulation times, but I do not get your symptoms.  I had read and been told by a gyne that a walk typically helps the discomfort go away, but yours seems slightly different.  I am wondering if you have more than one cyst, and if you have a fibroid, depending on the location, you can get very heavy bleeding (size of fibroid can be 2 cm and give you problems).  Hopefully you have an appointment with your gynecologist or another doctor.

Good luck and hope those symptoms are short lived.  smile

Why don't you go to the doctor for advice and get a proper diagnosis. Only a medical expert who has seen your records can give you proper advice
