unbearable pain trying to urinate

i will be going to get tested today as i might have herpes, but the pain from urinating is unbearable i don't know what to do. i tried doing it in the bath and shower. i tried moving my bits aside but none of it is helping. its beyond painful and I'm at my wits ends. does anyone have any tips on what to do besides bear the pain?!

i'm losing my actual mind

also looking at the images in this thread i look like i have something different, any one who has had their first OB did you have super swollen labias and red scarring?

i don't have ant little bumps or pimples like formations. just really dry, swollen and red scarring

    i was diagnosed back in september an the first episode was unbearable, peeing was a killer, recurrences are definitley easier to manage, apply an ice pack helped
