well to be frank to u i've done that! and that the problem i'm facing now,the first time i went to see the doctor is half a year ago and untill now is already 7 to 8 times and only twice they check my blood and give me medicines till another two week!they actually only care about themself. I dare to bet with u 100 dollar that after two week when i go for check up again the most they do is measure my pulse and give another two month medicines and go home and wait till death comes! What I really need is some guide to my condition, how serious is it,what to do and how to cure myself. that the best i can do at least better than waiting for them to cure me! in our country if u are rich thing totally diffirence. But unfortunatly I'm poor,I can afford to go to private specialist. Is very very costly here! please let me know what to do

Well you seem to be being treated for Congestive Heart Failure and the chest feelings you are finding disturbing sound like Atrial Fibrillation, your condition is alarming to yourself but not immediately life threatening (you could live for many decades with the correct balance of medications). Your medications are vaguely correct but there is one medication that is missing and that is a 'Beta Blocker', Propranolol, Alprenolol or better still Bisoprolol, maybe you could talk to your Doctor about the possible benefits of such a medication, it's definitely not advised to just start taking this type of medication without guidance but the one that's handed out like chocolate drops to all and sundry (and so must be relatively harmless in low doses) in the UK is Propranolol, but the best is Bisoprolol smile
