Uncomfortable Crying and Guilt

UNCOMFORTABLE CRYING 😢

Looking for personal experienced

4weeks + 4 days

On 50mg

Had a massive breakdown in December and had massive depression and anxiety as well as emotional numbness.

Suffering with massive martial issues, guilt and hopelessness

Hopeless is still there and I am crying all day. The sadness feels overwhelming and I don’t know if things are worse because of my situation with my marriage or because of my depression.

When I cry the emotions are so real it’s heartbreaking.

Anyone experienced this and improved after 5+ weeks?

    Hey Lee,

I was that way then looked for alternatives than meds. Found TMS transmagnetic stimulation and after 30 treatment the hopelessness as gone way down. Life is liveable again thanks to this. Please give ut a shot. God bless and good luck.

Then starting week 3 ive had horrific anxiety and panic attacks but my crying has stopped. I have anxiety and panic to begin with but this is 10x worse and im on a baby dose. Dont know what to do. Tried other meds and nothing has worked. Hope you get better soon
