hello! I woke up to a uncomfortable left testicle a couple of days ago. I have no other symptoms and I'm not in any pain. Is it that I've slept funny on it or could be something else

It could be from the way you slept. Its best to analyse the issue. Just massage the testicle, and the pain should go away after some time.
