Uncontrollable Blood Pressure

Posted , 2 users are following.

I am 74 years and for some years now I have suffered with resistant high blood pressure which I find feels very uncomfortable though out my body . Up to now my cardiologist has been unable to control it, he tells me I am a non dipper and at a great risk this I understand.

I am on several medications and follow all the good sound advice given which makes no difference at all .

I have of dystonia and hashimoto's thyroiditis.

I don't hold out any hope of help but does anyone out there have the same problem of high BP and what do you do to help yourself?
