Under a lot of stress ...

I've been under a lot of stress lately I'm only 22 but I've been trying to become assistant manager and my sleep schedule has been all over the place i smoke a bit and I got sick around the middle of March i started to sweat a lot when I sleep and I started to throw up a lot lost a lot of weight and I went to the doctor they said I have gerd but now my body has been hurting more bones been cracking more still losing weight I'm currently doing a stool test to see if I have any infections of any sort but the doctors have drawn blood and nothing and they did a urine test and nothing a lot of phlegm comes up a lot and I feel like I'm breathing in vicks and sometimes my phlegm taste like urine. I'm all over the place and just concerned can anyone help?

    sorry you are not feeling well! elevate when u sleep! put extra pillows under your head. no caffeine, no soda! bland diet! get massages once a week! if u must have some caffeine eat something first, dilute your coffee or tea. Never allow yourself to get hungry because it makes the reflux worse. even if you eat crackers. bananas are good. walks help with stress. as far as sleep I stay up later so when I do go to sleep I am really tired. it helps get a solid 5 or more hours. no smoking, no alcohol! I was on Omprezole for two months then slowly get off taking it every other day, then every other day, then every 3 days etc. I suffered for a year and doing great. definitely NO spicey food for a few months. hope this helps
