Is there anyone who knows what is this.....please please reply

Id say its most likely just smegma but im no expert you should get it checked out if you are really worried about it but if you shower often everyday and wash it under it should go away if not it could be something else.

Yeah...during cleaning it goes, and skin looks new....but again after one day it returns....but if I am using Antifungal cream it won't appear. Its not Smegma, looks like dead skin

maybe is dead skin cells, secreating from glans, i also had this from many days but now it is not much, i applied coconut oil after bath, and cleaned it before sleep, you can try this aswell

You also would be best to see a Dermatologist - again do not apply soaps or shower gel to your penile skin

      you need to see dermatologist.

Half of your glans is very reddish, other half looks normal.

You need to see a Dermatologist or at least your own doctor / GP / PCP as soon as possible

Do not apply ANYTHING at all to any of your penile skin, including soap and shower gel - wash very carefully using only warm, but certainly not how water

Be extremely careful drying it - pat it dry with a clean towel that only you use
