Undetectable STD with persisting symptoms?

Hi all! Seeking for some advice, because there is something really weird going on here.

A few infos that might give you a better understanding of my current situation.

I'm a 36 years old male.

I've been suffering from kidney stones a lot in the past. Last scan, performed in July, displayed a 10mm stone in the lower part of the right kidney and a 3mm stone in the middle part of the left kidney.

I've genital herpes since I'm very young, like 22 years old. Sometimes it pops out but with some aciclovir it goes away without problems in a few days. Recurrences are always located in the same spot: between my left leg and my scrotum, just where the leg joins the pelvis.

On 13th september I had sex with a girl, a middle eastern girl actually, if this can represent a useful insight. A technical issue made it unprotected for a certain period of time until I pulled out to replace the condom.

Something like 12 days later, I started feeling some pain on my glans and I noticed a moderate balanitis (actually the lower part of the glans was pretty red together with the surrounding skin). After one or two days, a rash appeared on the bottom of my penis shaft, extending to the left side of my scrotum. The skin was red with small itchy bumps. A big bump, like a cyst but absolutely soft, appeared on the scrotum part of the rash.

I thought it was my old friend genital herpes popping out once again, it totally looked like herpes in fact without blisters but with bumps, just as I'm used to have it. I started taking aciclovir, but after 5 days that rash was still there. In the meanwhile, other symptoms appeared: flu-like feeling (headache, joint pain, chills... especially in the late evening), burning sensation while peeing, bladder pain (only full, emptying it was making that disappear), mild lower abdomen pain, dull pain on the left testicle, frequent watery discharge from the tip of the penis.

I went to the hospital to make tests, that was 22 days after the unprotected sex. I was given azytromicin, 1g single dose. After 3/4 days I got my results: high PCR and 12000 lymphocytes (so there was an infection going on), HIV combo negative, syphilis negative, urine culture all negative (???).

The therapy did not solve the problem and the symptoms were getting worse, especially for what concerns epididimytis and prostatitis. The rash disappeared after the skin became scaly, but I was feeling like it was still there, with a slight burning sensation persisting on the rash location. I went to the doctor once again and he changed the treatment: 2g ceftriaxone and 7 days of doxycyclin (100mg twice a day), plus diclofenac (50mg three times per day).

Better, but not 100% ok. The testicle was fine, but my prostatitis was still there. A few days later I went to the doctor, who gave me ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for 3 more days and performed more tests: urine culture negative, low PCR and 7000 lymphocytes, kindley stones position unchanged.

Now my therapy is over and this is my 4th day without taking any drug. Symptoms are coming back: balanitis, flu-like feeling, burning sensation while peeing, watery urethral discharge, very frequent bowel movements and constipation. On a side note, I had an episode of sexual arousal without ejaculation... I felt an extremely strong pain where my bladder is, just like a muscle cramp, I was literally bent on my knees and it look me 2 days to recover from that completely.

Of course, during this whole period of problems I never had sex or masturbation.

I'm totally clueless now. Even my doctor is, and he asked me to see another doctor. Any possible suggestion is more than welcome. Thanks.
