Undiagnosable Diseases?? Other worldly feelings (husband condition) PLEASE HELP

Have been to 4 neurologists in the past 4 years and nobody knows what is going on. We had a visit at the Cleveland Clinic here in Las Vegas too, saw a MS specialist, and she said she can't see anything wrong.

My husband exhibits signs of MS, MG, ALS, Parkinsons, Fibro, Lupus... you name it, he feels the ailments. Have done a ton of blood work and the only thing they found was a little high in cholesterol, pancreatitis, and the MTHFR gene mutation. He had an L5-S1 microlumbardiscectomy in Feb of 2016 (did not help, just got worse). Can't sleep at night due to pain. He feels as though there is an "alien" inside him and it is excruciating. All the imaging comes up empty... except for degeneration throughout the spine. For the past few years he has this "brain tingling, swimming" feeling, gets nauseous, and throws up... as well as bad goosebumps, chills, sweating, and DejaVu (WHAT IS GOING ON)? He feels like he is slipping away from reality all of the time and its coming to an end.... any insight will definitely be appreciated.
