Undiagnosed. Any ideas?

Hello all. 32 year old female. Abdominal symptoms for years. Recently changed and intensified.Doctors at a loss. Do you share symptoms ?Any ideas?I have stabbing and radiating pain constantly in right list quadrant, pretty much at point of terminal ileum or appendix. Alcohol, caffeine and some foods make it worse, as does menstruation. The pain is highly localised and I can feel it back and front. Examination is near impossible because pressure is unbearably painful. After bad pain I have blood in my stools, which is dark not fresh. Also struggle with fullness after very little food, coughing after eating and bloating, which can be literally disabling. Any help most gratefully accepted.

Just had one. No IBD found. Pain would seem to be before colon though...Have also had 2 laps showing nothing plus mri scan and ultrasound. Symptoms have been worsening for 7 years. Am wondering about adhesions, possibly from some of the keyhole surgery? Also had ablation of endometriosis the first time - it hasn't returned but could the surgery have done damage? Am struggling now with the pain. It's very frustrating. Any other ideas out there?

Were you cognisant when they did the Colonoscopy, did you see / feel them going through the (Ileocecal) valve and actually look at your Terminal Ileum,, you see the Terminal Ileum is a prime location for a touch of Crohn's... Smells of Crohn's to me. But anyway. Yes it's not out of the question that there's nerve damage, nerve pain is quite distinct, elaborate on the pain, colourful language ??? And it doesn't feel like the Endometriosis ??? What are you taking for the pain ??? Next stop is the Pain Management Clinic if they can't get to the bottom of it neutral

Are your bowels normal? Are you periods normal. Have you had any other medical problems, old or new? Are you on medication?

What tests have you had? Have you seen a specialist?

Thank you for the replies, folks. Bowels usually fine and regular, though full of blood after times of the worst pain. There are a few types of pain, all in one highly specific place. Constant radiating throbbing which varies in intensity. This is shot through with stabbing pains either on walking or sitting down, which often make me shout out. I also get a sort of pulling sensation that increases in intensity until it becomes unbearable. This is usually whilst lying on my left side and it feels as though my viscera are pulling on a wound or bruise. My colonoscopy was particularly painful. They struggled because I couldn't lie still so I'm not convinced they went into the ileum. Periods have been fine since ablation of endometriosis, but symptoms in my abdomen do seem worse in weeks 4 + 1 of my cycle. I've been admitted to hospital twice in the last 6 months, probably because of suspected appendicitis and because of bleeding into my GI tract. Have been medicated with tramadol but am currently just using over the counter usuals.
