Undiagnosed for Two Years :/

Hello guys, title says it all, I will try and be as to the point as possible, but bear with me, as any insight is appreciated.

Two summers ago, stomach was extremely nauseous, felt sick like I had a bad stomach bug. Migraine headaches, fatigued, felt feverish, on and off diahrehia. This went on and off for about 3 months. My Dr. gave me probiotics, but they did not help too much. After another couple months of this, I went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and the only thing found was mild acid reflux, which a PPI was perscribed. I then went gluten free starting in January of 2017. This seemed to help my stomach issues a bit. However, the overall fatigue, brain fog and headaches and overall malaise continued on and off. I went in for blood testing again and they tested all hormone, thyroid levels, vitamin and mineral levels, etc and everything came back normal. The next step I took was getting a food allergy test done (skin prick test) and no allergies came back positive- this was done by an immuneologist. This Dr also did a stool test and a urine sample was taken and all of these tests came back positive as well. Starting this past January or so, I started to notice that my face would feel numb and tingly like my face is tight when I try and smile. A lyme disease test was also done and that came back with only 2 positive bands so not enough according to CDC (5 bands needed ).

Recap: current symptoms: tingliness/tightness in face, fatigue, brain fog, some mild knee pain, feverish feeling (not as common), headaches (dull to migrane like).

Any questions on clarification are welcome. I know I kind of mumbled on about symptoms, but its been going on for so long that it is hard to condense it all into one post.

Also note: I did feel 100% better at one point last May-June and then I "relapsed". Symptoms seem to come and go, but are never 100% gone besides when I mentioned above.

Since every result came back satisfactory, then it means that you don't have anything of concern going on. I'd suggest you allow your body time to return to normal. I hope you feel better.
