    Hi shikha

yea it can be ... Mine was. Peri and meno related so the doc said..

i also had un be known to me Cytolytic Vaginosis.. a type of BV

also needed anitbiotics vaginally for that too Clindamycin ovules.. 😓

i didnt even know i had it .. I just felt dry inside and uncomfortable and thought maybe thrush a few weeks ago, treated that with over the counter and no relief..

BV and CV isnt cured with thrush treatments..

its a build uo of bad bacteria flora and no good bacteria left type of thing

hope you find some relief as its miserable

Thnx a lot for all the information. I will talk to my gyne. I don't know why the gyne or the urologist even physician are not able to fix it.

Anyways.. I will think on this line of treatment.

Shikha, I don't know but I would push for your doctor to give you more tests. When I first had AV I did have a bladder infection which was cleared up by anti biotics but other than this it is mostly itching & soreness around the vagina & Anus.

Maybe start another thread on here with bladder problem as your heading.
