Undiagnosed with neurological and autonomic dysfunction. Any thoughts?

Hello my name is Dan. 28 years old, and have lived on Long Island, NY my whole life.

ive been having physical symptoms since im 25, but a few months ago i took a turn for the worst.

For the last three years ive had subtle diminished motor skills with my left hand and left foot. i had MRIs and EMGs which were normal in my brain and spine in 2018 and again in 2019. I was living fine for awhile until late last year.

Between Sep 2020-Present i have developed complete autonomic dysfunction. lightheadness, neuro bladder, cant sweat, heat intolerence, shallow brething, eyes sight problems, slight head tremors, digestive issues, sexual dysfunction,

feel drunk 24/7 without drinking, and overactive reflexes.

I have seen two neurologists in NYC and both have said i dont have MS and im to young for multiple system atrophy. They say i have somatic system disorder.

im fairly certain i have Multiple System atrophy as im getting worst weekly. could this really all be somatic symptoms? I dont think thats possible.
