Undigested food in stool? Is this normal?

Hi does anyone else have this, it's mostly fibre foods for me like undigested carrot greens etc.

    Some people with IBS have problems digesting certain types of food; fortunately, food isn't a trigger for me.

    - dress - but if I do eat too much fiber without enough water I will get constipated. But if I eat too much of certain things like vegetables I will have the same problem as you

    Well my voice to text is not working well was supposed to say stress. Also philepa I just started on that medicine called Carafet, just to see if it takes the bloating out of my stomach or at least heals my mild gastritis I've had going on now for about 6 months what do you know about this drug anything good or bad
