Unexplainable Back Pain

Im a young, 24 yr old, and have been suffering from backpain in my middle left back for about 7 months. I've had every test done, everything looks normal. I'm very healthy and fit but everyday (12/7, I say 12/7 because it doesnt wake me up in the middle of the night or anything.) I had gallbladder surgery a few months ago and had it removed because i had minor stones which i originally thought thats why I had the pain but the pain is still there, albeit less (maybe because I can cope better with it). Could this all be stress related or mental? I get this fear it could be pancreas but I don't think pancreas hurts like a dull pain constantly. Also, im not having much trouble eating at all. Could it be some super rare condition. It seems more pronounced if I have a lot of alcohol but I do not drink that much or often. Also coffee because it is simulative. Has anyone ever had anything like this and do you have any suggestions? Any help would be incredible as this is weighing heavy on my life and decisions. Thank you.
