unexplainable feeling with anxiety?

Hi everyone

I have no idea how many of you will find this familiar or how well will I be able to explain it but I'll try my best and please just bear with me

basically, I overcame almost every anxiety symptom but recently I developed this weird sensation... I could be watching a show or just laying in bed about to fall asleep...basically I am usually always relaxed when this happens..and suddenly I have this feeling I don't quite have a word for... I breath in super fast, my heart is RACING, my brain feels "unclear"... and what's weird is that it only lasts for like 1 second and I recover almost immidiatly.... it's kinda similiar to adrenaline rush but it still feels kinda different.. almost as if for that one second I am not in control of my body I am just in my head... please tell me if you have felt anything similiar or maybe this has an actual name and I don't know?

anything would be helpful. thank you!

Yes, I get that same feeling. No idea what it's called but it's very unsettling. I have now got used to it and don't panic like I used to
