Unexplained chest and upper back pain?

I've been through a series of not feeling well, and seen many doctors who have given different diagnosis, have had EKG and chest x-ray which were fine. Now i'm taking steroids on day 3 but haven't noticed much change yet. I'm 23 and pretty healthy weight, though have been experiencing anxiety and insomnia due to these health issues recently.

Current symptoms:

1. Persistent chest tightness/pressure usually on the right side that sometimes moves to the left. Dull ache but persistent

-same whether lying down / sitting / walking

2. Peristent upper back pain - in and between shoulder blades also seems more on right side.

3. Throat constricted/discomfort feeling more on right side

4. General weakness/body aches that come and go

5. Drowsiness / tiredness during the day

I notice especially when I am walking or out doing something

6. Lack of apetite / getting full and staying full quickly

7. Heart palpitations at times, ear aches that come and go.

    I new t this forum and I'm experiencing very similar symptoms very scarey I'm hoping another member has some insight bug hugs
