Unexplained chest arm back neck jaw pain

Well I have decided to seek help on this website because I don't seem to be making

Much progress with my doctor and I'm not sure what else to do? So I'm gunna start from the beginning to give you a overall of what's been happening. It all started off about 10 months ago when I was working at a stone masons , lifting heavy objects all day, long shifts 6 days a week, I got home one afternoon and smoked a joint ( I use to smoke weed everyday for past 6 year and cigarettes too with no problem or pain) and I got this PAIN when I inhaled the smoke, like a throbbing cramping cold sharp pain on my left side. I didn't think much of it until it started happening almost every time I had a joint. So I thought it must of just been the weed but then it started happening at work when I didn't have any weed at all. I had a cold prior to this pain and was coughing a lot, so I went to doctors and they said it was most likely due to lots of coughing, lifting heavy objects and smoking. I was told it would go away shortly, but it  started to hurt at the top of

My chest and also the right side started hurting so I went back and they said it was costochondritis so I searched online and apparently you can feel this pain when you press on where it hurts, yet I do not feel any pain when I press on the area,  now pain over the last ten month has moved to all around my rib cage like it is bruised (one specific spot at a time, but not always in the same spot)my arms feel achy majority of the time, my back on left and right side feel like I'm being whipped with a cold whip, mainly my left, and my jaw on the left side feels uncomfortable like something is pulling on it. Also my neck hurts all up the left side. I use to have slot of glen and bits of pinky blood when i hacked it up from my throat. I have stopped smoking cigs and stopped smoking weed, got a new job that is less stressful and no heavy lifting, had 2 ECGs, 2 x rays been prescribed acid reflux tablets (makes no difference) been given anti depressants because to doctor says it must be due to anxiety which anxiety probably has a part to play but I do not feel it is the core of the problem , I also have had physiotherapy but they have ended because the physio said they do not think it is muscle related. Any ideas?? This has been happening for ten months now and is really getting me down and I do not feel like the happy person I was before this happened. I am only 23 and it's effecting my Social life big time (Barely one I have on left) thank you for reading and all suggestions appreciated !!

I also forgot to mention I see light flickering even when they are not. Like my eyes are going to close halfway, even though they are wide open. Just black flickering round corner of my vision. Been to opticians they said my eyes are fine.

Hi, I know its been a while but I've have all the problems you have! Had them 6months ago but it eased off a bit but it's back and I'm convinced I'm going to die again! Just wondering did you get diagnosis? Thanks

I’ve been having some of the same symptoms for 3 weeks now. I’m miserable and I feel like I won’t ever feel normal again. I’ve went to the ER two times, urgent care once and my primary doctor 2 times. No one takes me seriously. I’ve had 4 ekg, blood work and a chest X-ray all we’re normal. The last doctor said it was anxiety, but the medications don’t help.
