Unexplained digestive issues and pain

Hey guys just a little background on me...I’m a 22 year old male with a history of eating fast food fairly regularly for years and drinking copious amounts of soft drinks. I’m not particularly physically active. 6’0” and 190 lbs. for years I’ve had pain that comes and goes during the day that feels like a cramping/stinging/stabbing pain on my right side that’s never been debilitating. It’s usually under my rib cage on my right side or “flank” not quite sure what the correct term is. Or I can feel it between my hip and my ribs. It comes and goes at random times throughout the day. It can be as minor as a small needle like pinching or a moderate cramping feeling. I’ve long suspected it to be my gallbladder however, bloods, multiple ultrasounds, a CT without contrast and one with, colonoscopy and endoscopy have all come back normal. My stools don’t usually look normal varying in shades of green-brown, sometimes yellowish and sometimes I think it looks like it’s grayish brownish green...if that makes any sense. I also have been pretty gassy whenever I eat meat or fatty foods. I’m having a HIDA scan on Tuesday but I was wondering if you guys have had any similar experiences and suggestions of what it could be so I can ask my doctor next visit.

I also have a messed up spine, lower back pain caused by an inverted hip and have been wondering that at all could be causing digestive issues.
