Unexplained nerve pain

hello I am 24 years old and about six months ago I started experiencing a very uncomfortable sensation like pins and needles in my right foot. I hoped that it was nothing serious and that it would just go away. The sensations also moved around my right leg like burning, pins and needles and vibrations. About a month ago I got a very large itchy rash on the ride side of my hip and I also got some of that rash on my left arm and my left hand. Where it was on my hand it had bumps with fluid in them. I had no idea what it was and when I did research I thought maybe it might’ve been shingles. I never got treatment for this because I was out of town. When this happened to me and about five days in I got extreme pain in my lower body to where I couldn’t even sit comfortable in any position or stand. No matter what I did I was in extreme pain. Thankfully this ended up going away but my other symptoms haven’t. Now I have vibrating pins and needles in both of my legs and I feel that it is moving throughout my whole body. I also feel that my arms are in hands are weaker and sometimes I wake up with my fist clenched. I have no idea what’s going on with me and I’m really worried since it’s been going on for so long and it’s getting worse. I wake up in the middle of the night with vibration in my body. I also have neck pain thats very uncomfortable. Can anybody relate? Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be? I also got a blood test done and was extremely low on iron And mildly low on D3 but I don’t believe that this could be caused by that. I’ve been taking supplements and eating very healthy. Any suggestions?
