Unexplained pain in my index finger

My index just out of no where started hurti g really bad and than what looks like a blister appeared. It's really painful, itchy, it throbs and it keeps growing. It First Happened To My Thumb. But this time, it's making my entire finger hurt and its almost a blu-ish color, and when it was on my thumb it was like clear, yellowish. I went to the DR for it and the doctor drained it. And that was it.
