Unexplained reoccuring nerve pain and other weird symptoms is making me anxious

for about a year now i have had nerve pain on and off and the episodes are getting more frequent and more painful.

a typical episode as of recently, begins in my private area on the left side of the opening and spreads over a few days. it travels to my left buttock and down my left leg, sometimes reaching my feet. occasionally it has left my leg so sore that it hurts to wear clothes.

ive noticed a day after sexual intercourse with my boyfriend it can trigger the lower nerve pain episode.

i also feel the need to pee more during the episodes and i already go way more than normal through the day night and potentially have an irritable bladder

recently my right arm has been doing the same thing. right down to my fingers. my arm also has a dead feeling to it at times as well as the nerve pain spreading through it

at the same time as the arm nerve pain i can get a small pain in a really small and specific area of my chest. i can cover the whole of the area of pain with two fingers.

my heart has been having palpitations every night. it beats really hard and sometimes feels like it misses a beat.

for extra info

i am aware i tense my muscles a lot, and grind my teeth and displace my jaw because of it.

i am only 24 years old.

i am a vegetarian

i have borderline personality disorder

and i take quetiapine 100mg per night

i am eternally grateful for anyone who can give me information or advice. i dont like going to my doctors as they try to give you something to help symptoms but never look at the cause and i want to resolve my issue at its root.

thank you so much
