Unexplained Shortness Of Breath - No Answers

I have never written on a forum before, but I am lost for answers.
I've had heart PVC's and sinus tachycardia show up heavily in a heart monitor back in 2017, but the doctor deemed the test to be normal because I otherwise appear to be a healthy 23 year old (at the time). I just learned to live with the annoying heart "hiccups" until they slowly became more noticeable and started happening daily.
In the later part of 2019, I started feeling very strange and not myself to where I was extremely emotional and I would find myself very fatigued and spaced out often. I went to a doctor and my blood test only showed a dip in my vitamin D levels; therefore, I began taking supplements in hopes my symptoms would improve.
In January 2020, I noticed I was experiencing slight onset of shortness of breath. I would become slightly winded when walking distances or performing any slight physical activity, but it wasn't enough to become alarmed. In February 2020, the shortness of breath became increasingly worse along with the heart palpitations as well as some accompanied chest pain in my left side. I went to the ER on 04/19 and the EKG showed my QTC level was in the mid 600 range. They were concerned, but the blood work and chest X-ray did not indicate I was going through anything life threatening, so I was sent home. I returned to the ER the following day on 04/20 because I felt worse than I did the day previous. At this point, I had very little to no appetite for weeks and I was breathless by walking to the bathroom or by speaking too much. The second ER visit they did an ultrasound and my heart function looked normal, so I was sent home.
It is important for me to mention, I used to vape for approximately 3 years before my ER visit. I quit vaping in January 2020 and my X-rays showed I had no effects from doing so. To this day, 07/20/20 I have not vaped again. I also quit drinking caffeine.
I had a follow up visit with a new resident doctor to go over why I went to the ER and they performed another EKG. I was greeted by a managing doctor who explained, my EKG showed I had some abnormality with the pressure in my heart. I went for an echo-cardiogram that showed I had "trivial" regurgitation happening in one of my chambers, but everything else was otherwise normal.
My SOB seemed to have dissipated for a while after my ER visit, but would come back every so often for a couple of days. My doctor prescribed an albuterol inhaler and a very low dose beta blocker. The beta blocker seemed to have eased my palpitations slightly; however, the inhaler did and still does absolutely nothing.
Early - Mid June 2020, my SOB returned and is still persistent and seems to be getting worse. I went back to my doctor who ordered a PFT and I was just informed the function test was normal.
I don't know where to turn to or what else to do from this point. I become breathless while getting dressed in the morning, walking to the mailbox, doing the laundry, speaking too much. I have no other symptoms other than slight nasal drainage at the back of the throat. I have tried taking an allergy medication which seems to improve the SOB for about an hour or two and then it returns. The inhaler doesn't work. I was given an albuterol treatment during my PFT and I felt worse after it was administered. My SOB only got worse after the PFT because I had to overwork my lungs in order give the results for the test and I was very light headed and dizzy during.
I have tested negative for COVID-19,
I know this is a lot to read, but more information is better than not enough. Thanks!
