As a last minute thing I have been asked to go to Norfolk with the residents in the care home I work in and all the food is provided for us. I have decided to not carry on with the pills in the next week. I'm gutted but with bring constantly on the go I can't afford to be picky!!!!

    I should be careful Bex, I seem to remember reading they can stay in your system for a while! I would double check that if I were you, or you may have to wear a nappy!

    Oh dear, that's a shame. I do understand as I a tag away with work and really struggle and don't want to eat salad every day. I, not sure how flexible they can be but it can work even if it's not actually what you want. 

    If you do stop, don't forget you need to do 3 days before. I have that lodged in my head as I have a holiday coming soon  😉

    How long are you going for Bex? I would wear a panty liner just in case it's still coming out of your system. I would take the bullets on the last day. I would be gutted after getting into it then having to stop, gutted for you chuck xxxx
