If your circumstances change ect if you lose your Pip and esa support can you claim universal credits

    Well, it would be easier if you explained your situation a bit more, did you not score enough points for PIP? As well as found 'fit for work' after a WCA? Did you ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration? Did you go to a tribunal.

    Universal Credit is replacing several benefits, such as ESA, JSA, Housing Benefit, Income Support, Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit. UC is a single monthly payment. As far as I am aware, applying for UC on the basis of disability will put you through a similar process to when you make a new claim for ESA.

    As for PIP, you would have to start a new claim.

    Sorry but it's not possible to answer without a lot more information.

    Do you have a partner you live with ? If you do, do they work?

    Are you looking for work or claiming due to illness, if the latter you still need a WCA just like ESA .

    If you give more details someone here might be able to quide you.
