Unknow if MD or Not

A quick question about about ear fullness, do you feel it in both ears or just one ear or does it differ when you are outside. my ear fullness comes and go in my left ear but when I'm outside, I don't feel it. I am not sure if I have MD or but I was told I have BPPV after many tests in 2008 and 2015 with no hearing lost unless it is in my left ear as I came to know I was deaf in my left ear when I was 10 years old after being in accident that was involve with the head. I have had vertigo but it only last for about 10-20 seconds each time and feel UN-steady after but back on my feet at most 2 days.

Thank you All

For me nothing relieves the pressure, unless I have an attack or a micro attack (which rock) Nasal spray doesn't do anything.  With MD you have to have I think atleast two attacks that last 30+ minutes and atleast two symptoms Tinnitus, fullness, vertigo, hearing loss.

Thanks for the reply, I do have the Tinnitus in right ear it hasn't change in the last three years can't say about left ear as I am deaf in there. my ear fullness is only in my left ear so I'm if you have MD, you will get the ear fullness in the affected ear or both. I used to get the Tinnitus on and off due to exposed to loud music and it used to be on and off but it is been like this for about 3 to 4 months now.

Hi there Mark. For me, when I have an attack it starts with my left ear. Fortunately, it has not migrated to my right side, but I’m also doing everything I can to minimize or eliminate the chances of attacks. The fullness is usually a sign an attack is coming. What kinds of habits and medications have you adopted and are taking respectively.

Hi David, I haven't been taking any medications as I have not been diagnose with MD but I just fear that I might have it. I don't have ear fullness all the time and no dizziness when I feel the fullness it my left ear.

      So far no hearing lost.
