Unknown bumps that wont go away, please help

Hello there, I've had these bumps in my pubic region for a few months now and I was hoping to get an opinion on what these might be. They first appeared to be super tiny and had no redness to them but were just barely visible to where I could notice them. I mentioned them to the doctor that I was seeing at the time and she didn't really pay attention to them as I was there for another reason. But then the bumps got to where they are now and it seems like they will fade a little bit but then new ones pop up shortly after. I haven't shaved in quite some time either after suspecting razor burn or folliculitis. and it doesn't look like a hair grows from the middle of the bump either. They don't hurt and rarely itch.
I'm not sure if this is worth mentioning but my genitals have been showing signs of excess yeast for some time now even though I test negative for a yeast infection. Maybe these correlate I have no idea. But I would appreciate the help. Thank you!

Have they got dimples in them? If so I think its Molluscum . Its a viral infection and should gradually clear without treatment although it can take some time up to 18 months. If they become really troublesome then do go back to your doctor
