Been searching through google for about 3 hours now and nothing is coming up that even looks remotely close to what is appearing on my genitals. no itching, not raised, looks to be some kind of 'micro rash' and appears to be under skin.
im aware of the penile papules above the spots, ive had those since i was a kid
