Unknown “scab” on labia

my doctor is starting to think i am a hypochondriac due to all the std tests i have been getting within the last year...i just like to be tested regularly...this past weekend i was intimate with a friend who went down on me for a while, she fingered me as well. we were a little drunk but i remember a moment of pain from her biting on my labia, the next morning the entire left labia lip was swollen like 5x normal size, the top didnt feel like my skin either...it hurt to touch and sometimes sit. the swelling went down in 24 hours. now, 3 days later, it still is sensitive to wipe, and there is a yellowish scab down my labia...my anxiety jumps to herpes. i also question if maybe she literally bit me and it is healing?

    i should add - i have never had an std and have been tested for everything as recently as april ...after taking the picture a piece of the "scab" came up on accident when i moved my finger and it almost looks like a cut, a red line...should i schedule another std test or is this just anxiety
