my son has always had a few small fleshy lumps
on his back which have been seen my several doctors over the years but always told 'nothing to worry about - keep an eye on it' over the past six month it has grown vastly and i want to help / opinons pls

You certainly need to show your doctor/dermatologist as i am sure your son would like these removed. Its possible that hormone activity has caused this clump or even some sort of virus.
