Unpleasant chest symptoms cause unknown , please help

Hi
I have had symptoms for over a year now that have gotten worse. They are characterised by:
Almost constant breathlessness which is worse upon stress or exercise - making it impossible to do cardio (I have developed a very slight wheeze)
The feeling of constant intense adrenaline in my chest along with constant tightness, feeling like someone has their hands around my heart/lungs.
Fatigue, less energy to do things which is worsened by the above symptoms
Dizziness and feeling as though I'm going to pass out when doing activities such as cooking, eating, bathing. (The above are also worsened by these activities).
These symptoms are very debilitating. And they seem to be getting worse. The adrenaline feeling in my chest is terrible, I am losing my mind, feel suffocated constantly, just ill all the time.
I had an X-Ray - came back normal. 72 hour ECG is a 3 month wait. Apart from that blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and snapshot ECG is normal (I've had to call 111 numerous times for this who always send paramedics).
I can accept this could be anxiety, although that would be insane considering what these symptoms are doing to me physically. Especially as it's worse with exercise, exertion, stress. I can feel something inside my chest, something feels different. It feels WRONG.
There are probably other tests I could do but I don't know where to begin, and the doctors are quite swamped and arent the most proactive. They seem to like to blame it on anxiety. (The last time they did that I ended up getting emergency eye surgery).
Anyway please help me. Anything. I am like, frickin' desperate.
Thank you
C

would be useful to know how old you are?
Any cardiovascular risk factors, smoking? Overweight? history of high blood pressure?
Best wishes

I'm 29 this year. Used to smoke 15 a day quit last October. No high blood pressure. My great grandad died of heart problems. No diabetes though my dad has it. I'm 15 stone but I don't look it, I'm 5ft9 quite athletic, broad for a girl. I exercise frequently and eat a plant based diet. Hope this helps
