Unprotected sex with long term partner now have sores

i had unprotected sex with my partner about a month ago. we have been together for over 7 years, we got 2 kids. we rarely do unprotected sex as we dont want anymore kids, so this was a rare one.

since we did this, ive had cystitis, bleeding blood whilst urinating.

and ive also had the worst sores on my vagina.

the pain is becoming unbearable.

ive been on 2 courses of antibiotics due to the UTI and swab returned bacteria.

the sores i have feel like ulcers, hardish lumpson labia and red sore burnt marks. also had peeling as well.

GP keep saying to use thrush cream, ive used it everyday and it isnt helping.

any idea what it could be?

its got a few white dots on it and feels like an ulcer.

any advice wohld be great x
