Unrelenting anxiety

every since i started zoloft i had horrible constant anxiety. i quit taking the zoloft and began to feel a little better about 70 percent better withing 3 days. I went on a long car ride 13.5 hours there and 13.5 hours back and now since arriving home i am back to a state of constant anxiety. my leg hurts and i feel as though i have a blood clot and im going to die of a pulmonary embolism. im constantly short of breath and lightheaded i feel like im going to die any momment. i just want to cry i cant live my life like this anymore.

    Hey, Tiffany! The first person you need to tell about this relapse is your psychologist. By the way, if you have stopped your medication without his/her advice, you need to tell him/her.

    For the moment, try to divert your attention with some activity that requires you to think, like chess, a craft, sudokus.

    I know you have probably heard this advice a million times before, but even if the fight against anxiety is really repetitive and tiring, you can do it!
