Unstable vision, weird problem

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hello, I have a very strange problem since childhood: When I look at a white wall for example, I have the impression that there is a kind of instability

When you look at a very bright floor, I think you see some kind of instability, as if there were pixels moving around

As if there were some kinds of brightness, I really do not know how to explain that ...

Warning this has nothing to do with floating bodies or visual snow ,its totally different

The problem disappears if my vision is in motion

If I do not think about this problem, I do not feel the symptoms, I lived with for many years without realizing it!

I forgot to specify some things:

This phenomenon fades or disappears sometimes when I look very closely

I have a bad vision of the right eye (which is still correct) but a very good vision of the left eye, I am astigmatic

When I was little, I had a very bad vision of both eyes, growing up, my vision improved significantly and I see very well without glasses

I have cases of ophthalmic migraines in my family but I have never had the symptoms, I never had blurred vision or weakness in the arms and I very rarely have a headache

I have a lot of floaters since childhood

Have you been to an opthalmologist? That would be the first step for me. If you can't get on your GP can give you a referral they will see you.
