How do you unsubscribe from this site? I clicked on "unsubscribe" three weeks ago. Please make it stop!

Click on "my account" at the top and then click on "delete account" at the bottom of the page

And not sure what you mean by "unsubscribe"? There's a "leave group" button to leave a group and an "unfollow" button to stop following a discussion, unless you mean any of the settings under "Settings" where you can turn off email notifications.
