Unsure I feel I have Lymes Disease.

Hello all!
I am 18, type 1 diabetic and have been mysteriously suffering for a long time now. In April of this year I began suffering from eye problems, everything was persistently grainy and pixelated, also this gradually descended into problems with my eyes adjusting to bright lights, when I walk outside it kills my eyesight, they water and I find it physically impossible to look at the sky, around the same time I began to lose my vision upon waking in the morning for about 10 minutes.
After seeing opticians, doctors and diabetic eye specialists I was told there is no physical damage and that it may be because I'd recently started controlling my diabetes a lot better etc.
I tried to ignore these issues and carried on with life, then in August I began to notice my nerves twitching a lot, pins and needles too, almost as if my blood circulation wasn't working too well. Around the same time, I began to get body temperature issues, sweating often and feeling cold a moment after, i then began to realise my legs were extremely sore from walking and I felt extremely out of breath too, I began to worry I was developing nerve damage from uncontrolled diabetes some time prior to these symptoms.
Anyway it has now gotten to a point where my vision sucks, all my limbs hurt constantly and I have been almost completely bedridden for a month, my muscles all over my body are pained and I almost fainted yesterday when attempting to go on a day out with my mum, which was unsuccessful. I went to the doctor so and the woman was pretty concerned, she said my muscles weren't actually wasting away but there had to be a significant reason they were hurting so much. As my kidney, liver and thyroid function came back fine (and iron levels were great), she said I needed to be tested for Lymes Disease, HIV and bone conditions.. I have the blood tests next week, and am very anxious. At least I will know the cause of my illness, I just wanted to know I guess, if these symptoms sound similar to anybody else here? Did anyone else suffer from these symptoms? I've never had a bite that's i can remember but all summer I camped on hills and in wooded grassy areas, I had some bites but nothing I deemed concerning as tic bites are naturally pretty common and go away in a day or so, can anyone relate or help at all? Sorry for the esssay! Just need to know I'm not alone, feeling very down at the moment
