Unsure if I have BV or thrush

wondering if anyone can help me. i had bv not long ago and took metrondiazole tablets and within the first few days the smell and discharge was gone. however (tmi) but i felt really dry and little to no discharge at all after the treatment. recently, ive been getting a white creamy discharge with a smell that i cant work out if its fishy or a yeasty smell. i dont have no itching or uncomfort, just the discharge but it isnt present during sex like it was last time. i dont know where to go from here about treating it, do i try another course of antibiotics for BV? its hard to get seen in a clinic at the moment due to covid too. its really making me down i just want to be comfortable down there and not worry about any smell or bad discharge
