i recently got this in anus area after anal sexual intercourse, it very very itchy and painful if i sit on it. it feels like a burn but I can't attribute it to any occurrence within the last days...could this be genital herpes?

looks like it could be and its clearing up so you cant get a swab. I would get a blood test asap and show your doctor these pictures.
