this doesnt look like herpes. it could be anything from shaving spots. give it a few days and if hasnt cleared up then go to the docs.

i was thinking the same. pictures are not clear enough to say herpes or not. more likely an ingrown hair. herpes can but rarely only eve has one spot. herpes likes to form in clusters or paper cut type sores. there is a lot of discomfort when if comes to herpes as well.
