Unsure weather IBS

For the past month I have had a variety of stomach feelings and pains including mild cramping, feel like stomach moving around, tingleness which has all been on/off, but also I normally every day have a odd ache sort of feeling in stomach area, I have recently suffered with health aniexty too i am 16

    Do you have change of bowel habit or food intolerance?  Do you have different types of pain that moves all over your stomach?  Have you seen a doctor?

      I'm seeing a doctor next week, my bowel habits have changed not been going for 3 days and when I do past a bowel it is really painful

    Sound like a nervous stomach. Exercise

    And Valerian tea to calm it down. That might help
