for the past couple of months myself and doctors have noticed that my blood pressure is liable I can have normal blood pressure and then be at a hypertensive crisis for no reason the highest that has been seen is 200/163 it can also sometimes drop low to 90/40 especially at night does anyone know why my blood pressure is so wierd ?

Has your GP done a 24 hour monitor to get a better picture, spiking like this can be a sign of hypertension that needs control but not before he sees why it's doing it
