Im dealing with a growth of some kind near anus, i did think hemerroids but people tell me they dont look like this and a google also shows me very different. im very confused i cant seem to find online what it may be, plan to visit a doctor but does anybody have an idea? could it be cancer growth?

they look alot like warts to me in both those photos u certainly need to see a doctor can u update when u have been curious to know
