Unusual-Looking White Bumps on Back of Throat

Hello everyone. I recently was taking a look at my throat when I experienced very slight pain, and this is what I saw. The pain is easily a 1 out of 1 0 0, but the white bumps still exist and they're causing me a lot of concern. I smoke marijuana frequently, most recently with the use of a dab pen. Worst case, I'm extremely worried that my usage has caused irreversible problems for my throat. I stopped immediately when I saw these bumps, but I'm curious to hear what you all think of this. I haven't gone to an ENT yet because I'm experiencing no pain. Could it be just cobblestone throat, or is it something worse? What are your thoughts?
